What makes the pipeline trustworthy
AI pipeline
A modular pipeline separates capture, processing, intelligence and retrieval. Each stage has clear inputs, outputs and audit points so behaviour can be reasoned about — not just observed.
Evidence grounding
Coach answers are generated from validated, in-scope organisational knowledge with inline citations. Rejected, deprecated, archived and soft-deleted assets are excluded from retrieval by design.
Explainability
Every Health, Risk and Readiness score traces back to the signals that produced it. Owners and leaders can see why a number moved, not just that it did.
